“Love this dental office! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are super gentle, and the admins explained everything clearly beforehand, which made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. The location is also very accessible. “Do not go here ever!!. Different dentist and hygienist and front desk all the time!! All are inexperienced!! No consistency! Also false advertising. No experience when you ask them a question. I had a front tooth I want them to look and fix at the lady dentist did not do anything , the assitant took x-rays charge my cdcp and $162 plus the xrays just for exam on one tooth and the lady middle Easternwoman send me away. I walk around and found Y& F dental ---go there they have a great staff and experienced and knowledgeable dentist, they treated my tooth with urgency and emergency exam no charge. and urgency and dental care at y&f is superb!! These dentist from the middle east does not want to treat my issue. I feel she is in a hurry to leave that day. My friend went there too and had a bad experience. She also said, They keep taking exam and charges you $162 and not doing anything! Took them months to get her reimbursed.”Read moreShow less

“Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. On multiple occasions, I have been given incorrect information regarding my out-of-pocket costs after insurance. The first time, I was quoted three different prices for the same visit, which was already frustrating and concerning. Unfortunately, it happened again today. Before proceeding with treatment, I specifically asked the receptionist not once, but twice, to confirm my coverage and whether there would be any balance owing. I was clearly told that everything was covered by my insurance. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with the procedures. An hour later, I received a call informing me that I actually owed a balance. Patients rely on the information provided by the office staff to make informed decisions about their care. Being told one thing and then billed differently afterward is unacceptable. This kind of lack of transparency is exactly why many people avoid going to the dentist in the first place. Dental care is already expensive enough without having to worry about inaccurate estimates and unexpected charges. After repeatedly experiencing issues with billing and insurance estimates, I have lost confidence in this office's ability to provide accurate information. As a result, I will no longer be returning here for my dental cleanings or future dental care. I hope the office takes steps to improve communication and billing accuracy so other patients do not have the same experience. P.s shoutout to the hygienist. “Had a great experience at Studio Dental @ Union Station! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Maham and Alia were excellent — they walked me through everything about my fillings and made the whole procedure comfortable. I ended up getting a couple of fillings done and felt well taken care of throughout. Dr. Shamini did a fantastic job with my standard cleaning and took the time to patiently explain healthy practices for maintaining good oral health, like proper flossing techniques. I’ve been to this location a few times over the last year, but today I had the hygienist, Inder, for my appointment and I was extremely pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable he was. “I had an excellent experience at this dental office and was truly impressed by the level of professionalism, care, and attention provided by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, Natalie at reception was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized, making the entire process seamless and comfortable. A special thank you to Faiza, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. She was exceptionally accommodating, compassionate, and attentive, especially when I needed to reschedule last minute due to being unwell with a cold. Her patience and genuine care made a lasting impression and truly elevated my experience compared to previous visits.
