About the clinic

My sessions are usually very different than what most expect when seeing a RMT, so it’s best we communicate by phone or email before you book your initial session. This allows me to best understand what you are looking for and for us to find out if we would be a good fit moving forward. If you’re an existing client and you can’t find a time that works, please add yourself to my wait list below. Please be specific with days and times you are available. Please note my sessions start at 11:00am, 12:45pm, 2:30pm, 4:15pm and 6:00pm. If you happen to schedule outside of those start times I may contact you to adjust your appointment time. “I just finished Adam's 12 week Structural Integration series and my body feels fantastic. I came in with lower body issues, leaning slightly to the right and rounded shoulders, and it was all causing me pain. This isn't your typical massage. I've had plenty before and this is a whole different thing. It's bodywork, and each week we worked on a different part of the body to fix things holistically instead of just rubbing where it hurt. Adam doesn't chase the pain, he digs into what's actually causing it. He explained everything as he went and gave me stretches to do at home to keep things on track. My leg issues are gone, my shoulders aren't rounded anymore, and I'm standing up straight instead of tilting. It's even helped my workouts, I can squat deeper and lifting heavier feels easier. I feel balanced and pain free. If you've got nagging pain or posture issues that regular massage hasn't sorted out, go see Adam. Worth every session.”

“Adam is great at what he does. I’ve had bad posture since I would always slouch as a kid due to being insecure about my height and the habit became my default. After the sessions with Adam I felt like not only was better posture physically easier but like the mental block keeping me there had also been removed. I went in with concerns about how my whole life I felt like I couldn’t balance/step as well on my left foot as on my right. Adam fixed this in the first session and I then felt like my whole left foot was on the ground and working properly. I also had terrible neck tension for the past 10 years. I did the 12 series and he helped significantly reduce my neck tension, completely got rid of my SI joint pain, helped me so much with jaw muscle tension, and overall really helped my posture. I finally feel like my head is on straight. I also feel great after doing the stretches and exercises he gave me to do. I’d really recommend him to anyone who has any of these issues especially if they have been ongoing for a long time.”
