“Your right, Dentists have a strict ethical and legal duty to ensure you are never blindsided by a dental bill. In Ontario, regulatory bodies like the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) mandate that fees are discussed openly and that patients are given the opportunity to understand what they are paying for before agreeing to proceed. Unfortunately this has not occurred on now multiple occasions and I have informed the college.”Read moreShow less

“The only dentist I have ever been to, that makes appointments, asks you if want X-rays , does extra work on you and calls you 2 hours later and tells you none of it’s covered by your insurance but don’t worry we’ll discount you 10%”

“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chen and her dental assistant. I’ve been to a few different Dentist in past and almost all of the fillings that I’ve had done by previous dentist they have had to repair or replace and I have had no issues with any of the fillings I’ve had done by Dr. Chen she is by far one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to, and I am so thankful to her for doing such an amazing job every time I come to see her. She’s also by far the best dentist at giving needles as I never can feel them and she is so gentle. “We recently moved to Innisfil and I had a sudden toothache over the weekend. Stroud Dental was so kind from the very first phone call — the receptionist booked me in right away and welcomed me warmly when I arrived. I first saw Jessica (hygienist) who was so friendly and gentle, and Dr. Chen explained everything clearly and kindly. When my pain got worse, they were able to get me in last minute with Dr. Peleg, and both he and Abby were incredibly patient, calming, and supportive. They made a stressful situation feel so much easier, and I am truly grateful. This office is so welcoming, compassionate, and professional. “I was just back for my 3 month cleaning. I do it that way because it's easier. These people are awesome! I am no longer afraid to go to the hygienist or dentist. The reception ladies are also incredible. I'm so grateful for Stroud Dental. I have had some major work done and it was difficult at times but Dr P allowed some time to breathe and rest. 3 appointments and done. I just went back for my cleaning. Admittedly a bit nervous. Jessica put me at ease immediately and cleaned my teeth. I was relaxed and super happy at the end. Going to the dentist can be scary but if you have a good team that's everything! I highly recommend Stroud Dental from front reception to the dental team all. I am grateful. Thank you! Update: Next Appointment they are consistent which leads to trust and no anxiety. I went in for my appointment my hygienist was ready for me right away. She and I have a little catch up a laugh and by then I am relaxed and ready she never hurts me. The ladies at reception always greet me and make me feel welcome. My dentist is patient kind and gentle. I always had issues with going to the dentist due to a trauma as a child.
