“Training at Strong has been a great experience! The onboarding was easy but thorough and I was able to get connected with a trainer very quickly. The space is clean, inviting and accessible. I was matched with the personal trainer, Rainer, who was supportive, kind, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Strong overall.”Read moreShow less

“I have been working with Leticia for the past six months, and I couldn't recommend her more highly! She is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen to my goals. I really appreciate that she knows when to challenge me and when to adjust based on how I'm feeling and what I need. She has helped me feel stronger and more confident, and I truly love working with her. I'm so grateful to get to train with her!”Read moreShow less

“I have been training with Leticia at Strong over the past few months and have had an incredibly positive experience with both the gym overall and her as a trainer. She has been very encouraging and has made the transition back into exercise after a long break feel accessible and motivating. It’s a very approachable environment and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Strong and Leticia to anyone who asks!”Read moreShow less

“I've been working with Luis for a couple months and it has been great. He has been very accomodating of my chaotic healthcare work schedule and understands my motivations for training. Working out with a trainer feels so completely different than any workouts I've ever done in classes or with apps etc. Even the basic movements I've been doing on my own for a long time felt like brand new exercises. The way Luis cues movements or makes corrections is very effective. Going to the gym is so much more enjoyable when you don't have to think about what's next or keep track of weights and reps week to week on your own. I am someone who was having a really hard time making myself move my body. This has made a huge difference! Also, it isn't scary in there. Nobody is dropping weights or shouting. The vibe is approachable.”Read moreShow less

“This might read more like a short story than a review but I promise it’s worth it. A dear friend recommended I try a few personal training sessions at STRONG. As a lifelong gym-avoider with a long history of paying for memberships I never used, I agreed with a fair amount of reluctance and hesitation. After a thorough assessment with Ari, I was paired with Coach Aziza, who created a workout plan with remarkable care, attention, and specificity. I came in with significant mobility challenges due to fibromyalgia, and she/they thoughtfully accounted for all of it. My goal was simple: I just wanted to be able to walk without constant muscle pain. Now, over a year later, I’m not only doing that but I’m building strength and muscle. And somehow, I haven’t missed a single session. If you’re someone like me who has avoided gyms because of the toxic stereotypes around strength and masculinity, please know there is another kind of space. This gym doesn’t just reject those ideas, it actively challenges them. It's a genuinely safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages, genders, and abilities to show up, be seen, and work toward a sustainable, healthier lifestyle. STRONG—and especially Coach Aziza—turned me into a gym auntie, and I couldn’t be more grateful. You truly are the best. Five stars × 10. ❤️”Read moreShow less

“Jamie is an outstanding personal trainer. He’s very personable and immediately makes you feel comfortable, which makes every session enjoyable. What I really appreciate is that he focuses on building real strength rather than just the optics of working out. He emphasizes learning the correct form first before increasing weights, which has helped me feel stronger and more confident in the gym. He also gives helpful guidance on diet and recovery, showing that he genuinely cares about overall progress and long-term health. Jamie is knowledgeable, encouraging, and great to work with. I truly enjoy training with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who focuses on strength, proper technique, and sustainable results. The gym itself is also excellent—well stocked with all the necessary equipment, clean, and not crowded, which makes it a great environment to train in.”Read moreShow less

“Working with Sam over the past year has genuinely changed the way I understand and use my body. He’s helped me learn how to better control movement and range of motion in a hypermobile body, building strength while staying mindful of injury management. Instead of just leaning into flexibility, he’s helped me develop the strength and control to actually support my joints. I’ve learned so much about how my body moves and how to support it well. Sam’s ability to notice the small things and explain movement clearly has made a huge difference for me. He’ll often explain a cue in a few different ways until it really clicks, which has helped me understand and solidify important movement patterns. He also has a great ability to meet you where you’re at on any given day, adjusting the session while still keeping things purposeful and productive. Every session feels intentional, supportive, and challenging — and always fun. I’ve gotten stronger, more confident, and far more aware of how I move both inside and outside the gym. I also really enjoy the gym space itself. The tall ceilings and natural light make it feel open and energizing, and it’s a place where I genuinely enjoy spending time. It feels like a space where you can move well, focus, and really enjoy the process of getting stronger. After more than a year of training together, I’m really grateful for the coaching and everything I’ve learned along the way.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been training at Strong for just over 10 months with Poppy and the Strong team. Before starting, I wasn’t a “gym person” and felt intimidated by lifting heavy or lifting at all. From day one, Poppy created an environment where I felt supported, capable, and comfortable. She truly meets you where you’re at. I’ve seen real change in my body - building strength and confident in my workouts. I’m genuinely excited about working out now, that’s something I wouldn’t have said before. Strong is an incredibly supportive and welcoming space, and I’m so grateful to be part of it.”Read moreShow less
