“Ayesha is a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who possesses a warm and welcoming presence. She has many years of experience and provides an evidence based, trauma informed, culturally sensitive lens. She does wonderful work with both individuals and couples, supporting folks with anxiety, stress, and parenting support. I have known Ayesha for over 5 years in a professional capacity and consistently refer both individuals and couples to her. I highly recommend her to clients in the Tri-Cities. She also provides virtual sessions for those who are located elsewhere or prefer virtual sessions!”
