We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations and/or changes to your appointment. Those who provide less than 24 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total treatment rate.

Clients who miss their appointment and/or cancel within 2 hours of their booked appointment time will be charged the full fee or 100% of the total treatment rate.

Please note these fees cannot be billed to insurance providers and must be paid on or before your next visit and prior to re-booking.

“Strive Health + Performance on Austin Ave in Coquitlam has given me an excellent experience as an injured athlete. My physio Kyle McComb has consistently gone above and beyond to help me with specific exercises for my injury, and answered all my questions in detail, which helped me recover efficiently. He is a knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly person. As a competitive track athlete, I found Kyle to be very understanding and supportive of my goals, even during a difficult time when I felt discouraged. He is very approachable, encouraging, and easy to talk to. Additionally, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I am so thankful and I feel very comfortable at this clinic. “I met with Brendan for an initial assessment and had a great experience from start to finish. We discussed my physical issues and what I’ve been doing at the gym, and after the physical screen he clearly explained the root causes of my pain and where it was stemming from. He also gave me exercises to take home so I can start improving right away. The whole process—from the front desk to the completion of the session—was professional and welcoming. “I am submitting this review for the Physiotherapist Kyle McComb at Srtive Health + Performance on Austin Avenue in Coquitlam. I found Kyle to be very friendly, kind and caring person. His treatments method is really effective, especially because he does not use any machines, and just does manipulations. His treatments have helped me tremendously after my car accident that I recovered very well. Initially, I was quite reluctant to do exercises as I am a Senior, but with his consistent encouragement, I slowly introduced the exercise regime with positive results. I can't thank Kyle enough for all his help and encouragement. One more thing - Kyle does not charge anything extra beyond the ICBC recommended charges, which is a PLUS!!! Also the front desk staff are very polite, helpful and possess excellent interpersonal skills!”
