“Received physio after a broken arm. Danielle was great. She worked the injured area with knowledge and precision taking down the inflammation immediately following the cast removal. She provided clear instructions for effective manageable exercises to regain strength mobility and range of motion. “I went back to S&A for my frozen shoulder after having a great experience rehabbing a broken leg with their help in 2019. This time around, Krista helped me through a full year of recovering from my frozen shoulder. At it's worst, about a 7 month period, I had a hard time believing I'd ever get normal mobility back. Krista was kind, knowledgable, persistent, and made me believe that if I was patient and kept doing the (painful) exercises at home I needed to, it would resolve. Which it gradually did. A couple of steroid shots (at the orthopedist) helped as well. I highly recommend this clinic. Shout-out to Katherine a (and others) at the front desk as well. “Harleen is an outstanding physiotherapist. I started seeing her for ongoing knee pain, and even though my recovery is still in progress, the improvement so far has been significant. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to treatment. Harleen always explains what’s going on, adjusts the plan as needed, and makes sure the exercises feel achievable and effective. What really stands out is how supportive and encouraging she is throughout the process. She genuinely cares about long-term recovery, not quick fixes, and that gives me a lot of confidence as I continue treatment. My knee already feels stronger and more stable, and I’m optimistic about a full recovery. I highly recommend Harleen to anyone dealing with knee pain or injury. “The staff here was always incredibly polite and friendly and was always cordial at ever appointment I had here. My Therapist Serah was amazing. I had to go for therapy that for a lot of people could be very uncomfortable and a little scary. She was a rockstar at every appointment. She was professional, polite, and treated me with courtesy and respect. I've managed to graduate from my therapy thanks to the group of amazing people but if I ever see myself needing help again.
