“I went in for a hair cut and was so impressed by my stylist. I wanted a pretty dramatic change and she talked me through it and gave me a style that is very flattering and showed me how to maintain it at home. The salon is clean and there wasn’t a pushiness to buy products in store and the price for the cut was extremely reasonable”

“Amazing service and amazing facility. Leslie spoke to me in great detail of what would be required to help my "frozen" shoulder. Once treatments were completed, she also walked me through what I should be doing in order to keep everything in check and its worked perfectly. My golf season is no loner in jeopardy. I recently visited there to get their massage therapy treatment by Leslie and the service was amazing . She spends time knowing the problem you are facing and recommend exercises and a plan on how to tackle them . 10/10 ✅”

“The staff at strides are amazing especially Katie who was my stylist! From my consult to my actual appointment, she made me feel very comfortable and help me decide what would work well for me! She knows her stuff from the coloring to the cut! I left so happy with my hair and pre booked my next appointment ( which I have never done lol) I found my new stylist! Go see her for all your hair needs!!”

“Got a last minute appointment for a french manicure. Very disappointed! Technician could not paint a simple straight line I asked for as she did not have the correct tools, the tips were a bit squint and slightly different on each hand. I paid twice what I normally pay in my regular salon for a job that was half as good!”

“My wife went for a half head of foils and a hair cut she showed them what she wanted. The girl messed up so bad my wife was crying. There are lines in her head from the foils, and I'm a man. I know you shouldn't see lines. The girl charged $170 for a mess. Terrible service, she said she can fix it when it grows back. This isn't how a haircut should make someone feel. The owner also tried to say there isn't a hair place connected to strides gym. Told me to email the same email as this location for complaints what a joke.”
