Gayatri has been heaven sent! Few weeks ago, I could barely walk into her office to deal with a painful Achilles injury. Today, I’m walking practically pain free. With her continued professional guidance and motivation, I’ll be 100% in no time! If you’re dealing with any issues that requires a physiotherapist, I strongly recommend

Firstly, the front desk lacks any knowledge of appointments coming in, and they asked me to take my shoes off an walk across absolutely muddy mucked up floor, without providing slip-ons. I had one of the absolute worst massages I've had here. The RMT had long nails, and dug their nails into me, it was disgusting. They also sneezed on me... I can only assume the good reviews are botted because this place does not know how to run a respectable business.

I wish I could give Stride Sports and Physio Therapy of Capilano 10 stars. The welcoming staff at reception ,the Physio assistants and the very talented Physio Therapist, Gayatri all deserve a high five.Gayatri is a gifted and highly intelligent Therapist. She listens, assesses and prescribes the best treatment plan for my discomfort. You are treated as an individual with unique needs. She is not afraid to pivot if needed. Gayatri has given my quality of life back..She has high expectations for her clients to do their part toward healing and pain control .Gayatri then showers you with wit, grace, humor and a mischievous look in her eye.She is a gift who makes therapy fun.

I have been going to Stride Physiotherapy to deal with a variety of issues including balance related to my age and the fact that I had hip replacement surgery. Gayatri Trivedi has been incredibly helpful assessing the issues and developing a treatment and exercise plan which has resulted in correcting most of the issues I have been dealing with. I highly recommend Gayatri and Stride for physiotherapy requirements

I went to see Dan for severe nerve pain in my shoulder that was so bad I couldn’t sleep at night. I was in an incredible amount of pain and honestly wasn’t expecting quick results. Dan spent a lot of time carefully analyzing the issue. He really listened to what I was experiencing, asked thoughtful questions, and did a thorough assessment of my shoulder before starting treatment. It was clear he wanted to fully understand the problem rather than rushing through the appointment. What impressed me the most was the result. Within two days—before even my second appointment—the pain had already reduced by about 70%. Physiotherapy has never really worked well for me in the past, so I was quite skeptical going in. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a dramatic improvement, and I truly attribute it to Dan’s skill, his careful assessment, and the post-therapy advice he provided. I’m extremely grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with shoulder or nerve pain.

Dan is a very personable physiotherapist who takes the time to show you exercises and workouts to get you back to doing the things you love. I experienced a complete rupture of my right bicep and thought I would never work or hunt with my longbow ever again. I return to work next week in my normal job derricking and operating on the service rigs and will be hunting bears again this Spring thanks to his hard work and dedication to getting me back to full health and mobility. Thanks Dan! 🫡

Updated. Yes I understand there is a policy but I had not had time to look that is why I asked the person on the phone when they called to book if it was covered under the auto policy and if anything otherwise needed to be paid and they said no they then came back a month later telling me I owed them and I had to go through my personal coverage which I need a doctors note for which I don’t always have time to go do unfortunately. The issue is with the incorrect information and the uncomfortableness of the situation. The respondent to emails also incorrectly responded again yesterday to which the insurance adjuster has to correct. Incorrect information was given and that still stands. Many sales calls and emails, gave untrue information after a car accident. Uncomfortable experience do not recommend.

I would encourage anyone that is interested in a more dignified approach to physiotherapy to give Stride a call. ..In and out of physiotherapy after 3 back surgeries, I've been to all kinds of places. This is not a zoo with a gym vibe. Ritesh is my guy at Capilano. I'll go nowhere else.

Gayatri is a personable and professional physiotherapist who has been helping me recover after a car accident. She’s constantly finding new ways to help me feel better by treating me in a variety of ways and providing helpful exercises. She is encouraging and compassionate. I have been in physiotherapy before, but with Gayatri’s encouragement I have stayed on top on my stretches and exercises over the last few months. I feel like I can remain consistent with my progress because of her and all of the staff at Stride. Thank you all so much for helping me feel better! It’s much appreciated!
