“Payal is a very professional physiotherapist. She was accommodating and friendly during our sessions. Booking with her on a weekly basis was easy. The clinic was always quiet which made for a nice environment to be in while being treated.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Stride Physiotherapy while rehabbing my knee. From start to finish, the team was professional, welcoming, and truly invested in my recovery. A special shoutout to Payal, who was absolutely incredible throughout the process. She’s extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and tailored my rehab plan to suit my needs and goals. What really stood out was how accommodating she was, always making sure I was comfortable and progressing at the right pace without pushing too hard too soon. Thanks to her guidance and support, my knee is feeling much stronger and pain free. “Very disappointing experience. They refused to provide our records without charging a $75 fee, while many other clinics don’t charge anything for this. The front desk staff, in particular, were extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Their customer service is lacking and they don’t know how to speak to clients respectfully. “I got a major knee injury playing volleyball, and was referred to Stride for almost 3 months. It was excellent, I was given good treatment with great advice on how to recover. The staff has a very friendly, no nonsense approach. I highly recommend”

“Extremely disappointing experience at Stride Physiotherapy. I’ve visited Stride three times, and each time there were issues with direct billing. During my first visit, I was told they offer direct billing to insurance. I provided my Manulife information, but was told it wasn’t going through, so I paid out of pocket and submitted the claim myself. No problem. During my second visit, I didn’t bother trying again and simply paid and left with the receipt. On my third visit in April, I asked the front desk (a newer staff member, there for about three months) to try billing my insurance again. She attempted twice, said it didn’t work, and I paid the full amount once more. Later, when I submitted the claim to Manulife, I was informed they had already paid Stride directly for the same service. Assuming it was an honest mistake, I contacted Stride expecting a simple refund. However, they denied having my insurance info on file or ever filing a claim. Frustrated from this back and forth, I then three-way called with Manulife, who provided clear proof that the claim was submitted and paid to Stride. They even emailed the confirmation directly to them, with me copied. Despite this, Stride continued to deny receiving the payment. Manulife launched an internal investigation, and their findings confirmed the funds were deposited into Stride’s bank account. I now have all documentation from Manulife confirming this, yet Stride still refuses to acknowledge it and continues directing me back to my insurer even though they received the payment. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Stride to anyone. What happened was not just a mistake, it feels dishonest, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.”Read moreShow less

“Payal and the staff at Stride were absolutely amazing. I had a complete ACL replacement and meniscus repair with a few complications during recovery that required me to get a second surgery. Payal was extremely understanding and compassionate during this time and helped me recover and surpass my expectations of mobility and strength. She also went above and beyond while dealing with WSIB. I highly recommend Payal and the Team at Stride. If I require physio in the future, I’ll be going to Stride.”Read moreShow less

“I'm using my husband's account to write this review. I can't be more pleased with the results. I was having a hard time running and began to believe this was my journey to decline since I have MS. I decided to give physio therapy a try since I had more to gain than lose. My neighbor recommended Stride and so I made the call. So Happy I did! Payal is a wonderful person and even better physio therapist! She knew exactly what exercises I needed to get me running again! I couldn't believe after a couple of weeks of her training exercises I was running again! A couple of weeks more and I'm stronger than I have been in a very long time! Top notch!
