“Joseph is excellent as a massage therapist. I was feeling tired and achy in my lower back and he helped me to get better. He also educated me on exercises to do. I would highly recommend Stride Movement and Joseph.”

“Mat is the best! Been seeing him for almost 4 years and he’s always taken the care and time to make sure I got the treatment I needed! He also showed me additional post care treatments and followed up appropriately when needed. I go regularly for maintenance due to past car accident and sport injuries, he’s super knowledgeable and great at helping me understand what I need to do to improve and have the active lifestyle I want. “I've had treatment for years from Dr. Mathew Lee. He's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and creates a patient-focused treatment plan to get you back to doing what you love. I generally come in for maintenance. My usual concerns are stiffness throughout my back and pelvis. I always leave feeling more mobile and feel almost, if not completely pain-free. When new injuries arise, Dr. Lee is thorough in his assessment and takes the time to explain what's happening and what the next steps are. “I've been seeing Natalie (Physiotherapist) consistently for 7 weeks to treat a workplace lower back injury, and the experience has been exceptional. “Wow!! I am so happy that I found this clinic! My son hurt himself dancing (I honestly have no idea how), and all of a sudden he was limping. The chiropractor Matt, was absolutely amazing with my 6 yr old son, so empathic and so gentle, but so effective!! Honestly my mind was blown. My son had issues when he was young with his hips and knew there were issues there. Matt addressed everything in one short session! It felt like my son was “fixed” after the session, even though that sounds odd to say. Truthfully though, if I would’ve known how effective this session would be for my son, I would’ve booked it ages ago! “I was treated by both Vernon and Dr. Lee who were incredibly friendly and professional. They both took their time to listen to my concerns, and treated my issues with great care and knowledge. They were very thorough and I never felt rushed through my appointments. You can tell they are both passionate about what they do! “I've reviewed Dr. Lee at his other location before but thought I would repost here as everything I've said applies to his new location as well. Bonus with this location is free parking! ***** Mat is always super friendly and personable, but more importantly he was able to quickly identify the source of my nagging back and shoulder pain and made an effective and well thought out treatment plan. He recommended that I request an ultrasound from my family physician and the imaging confirmed his diagnosis. The in-clinic treatments and the home exercises he has taught me have resulted in a significant improvement in my symptoms. He continuously provides me with new exercises to do and always seems to have new treatment techniques which keep me motivated throughout my rehab and really highlights the depth of his knowledge.
