“I've been dealing with chronic pain for months, and it's been really difficult. But I've been lucky to have Johnny Chaya a really knowledgeable and patient physiotherapist from Strengthflow Physiotheraphy. He acknowledge my concerns and offer me a variety of therapy alternatives while taking the time to fully explain the underlying causes of my discomfort. I've seen a reduction in the frequency of my pain over time, which I largely attribute to the regular monitoring and adjustments made during my follow-up appointments. This ongoing attention has ensured the continued effectiveness of my treatment. “Johnny is the best in the business. I tore my Achilles Tendon in Oct 2024. I started seeing him right away and he helped me fully recover. It has been over a year now and I am happy to stay I have recovered 100 percent. He took the time to help me and has been great every step of the way. I was back to full duties as a Firefighter in 5 months with his workout plan and treatment. I would highly recommend Johnny to anyone who is injured or wants to improve their well being. “After a serious fall that resulted in a full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tear and AC separation in my dominant right arm, I was faced with one of the most challenging times of my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. Following consultations, imaging (X-rays, ultrasound, and MRI), and visits to the fracture clinic at the hospital, I was told that without surgery, I would likely lose full mobility of my dominant right arm and hand. This was devastating news. Thankfully, I was referred to an incredible registered physiotherapist ‘Johnny Chaya’ who has been an absolute cornerstone in my recovery, both before and after surgery. From day one, Johnny’s professionalism, humility, patience, and kindness have stood out. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and utilizes a wide range of strategies and therapeutic techniques that have been instrumental in my healing. Whether it was managing pain, improving my range of motion, or helping me rebuild strength, he has supported me at every stage with genuine care and dedication. Even when I faced setbacks and moments of discouragement, Johnny’s unwavering support, calm demeanor, and positive attitude made a world of difference. “Hello everyone, I got injured at work and I was referred to Johnny for treatment. At first, I was having constant pain and couldn’t walk properly. Johnny assessed my injury and he discussed my recovery plan with me. I was Bless to get Johnny to work on my injury because now I am able to walk again.
