He took the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. My appointment was right on time, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. “Had a potential eye emergency and they were able to fit me in very quickly. I appreciate their excellent service (all staff members I met - front desk, eye tech, and dr). Doctor was very thorough and explained what is going on with my eyes, the changes that are happening, and how to take care of them, expectations of what may happen over the coming weeks, and what to look out for with symptoms that are okay and normal, and what is not normal and what actions I should take in that circumstance. “Excellent all around! All staff were professional, personable and friendly. They gave me a Thorough eye vision exam with modern equipment. Optometrist answered my questions about my blocked tear duct. I got an appointment within a few days. It’s a beautiful clean office with a good supply of eyeglasses. “Exceptional experience here! Dr. Laycock was personable, took lots of time, was super knowledgeable, and made sure I got the best deal possible. The whole team was friendly and professional. “The front end staff at Strawn & Co were kind and friendly. The Technician was quick, thorough and friendly during her initial assessment. Dr. Sean Laycock was highly Professional. As Dr. Sean ran through each exam, using the most up to date optical equipment, he explained which part of the eye each test pertained to.
