“My younger resides here after having a massive stroke that almost took his life in 2019. The staff are excellent, warm, caring. We are happy with the care my brother receives”

“The management is absolutely horrible, was made to feel very unwelcomed by staff and when I went to approach the dietary manager she dismissed all my concerns on how I was being treated. I would never put my worst enemy into that facility.”

“I spoke many times with Sherry she is an RN nurse for some heath problems that my mom had and in no time problems were solved and she knew what I was talking about talked with others RN did not know what was going on… when I have a problem I talk with Cherry now she knows what she as to do to solve any problems. “I spoke with one resident. He loves the food there ... Good food and fresh, not to mention the variety. I know he likes his meat and potatoes! The staff are pleasant and helpful, he tells me. I pray that your experience is as good as his.”

“Facility somewhat dated, but staff was outstanding in the convelesance care unit for the 90 days my mother was there. Always cheerful and helpful even though they were rushed off their feet 99% of the time. Willing to take time to speak with me, call me with info etc. Look beyond the walls and see the caring people!”Read moreShow less

“My apologies if i have the incorrect care facility. If your residents took part in a dinner at Hagens and were taken there by a blue bus i have a complaint. Your driver parked in front of the entrance to pick up your residents as a result our car, parked in a handicap site, was unable to leave the lot for 1/2 hour. We did not complain, my daughter tried to manipulate out without success as both the ramp and front doors of the bus were open. . She then turned off the car. Suddenly three of the caregivers came over and yelled at us in a threatening manner that we would just have to wait while they tyed everyone in. I understand i live in a retirement home. “I will start by saying this place is not the prettiest to look at, but honestly it is so full of love from staff. My grandmother was here for about two years until she suffered a stroke and unfortunately passed away. While she was in pallative care not only did they look after her well, but they also took care of our family. Bringing us coffee trays, dinner water snacks. They we're amazing on all counts. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even the maintenence guy came to see us, and came by to see her daily to say hi. Amazing place.”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend it. The staff & workers are excellent. The older building layout means that there is more interaction among staff & residents accenting the family atmosphere.
