“I had a 1hr massage with Jonathan and I have nothing but great things to say! He was extremely professional, diligent, and skilled! I asked for the massage to focus on my neck and back, which he aced! I’ve had pain for a while and I felt it easing a way within the hour. “This place is terrible. When I called beforehand to make appointment and we asked explicitly, we were told that billing would be handled automatically through insurance. However, after my son's session was finished, we were suddenly told that we had to pay out of pocket and they will not do it- they never even tried. We ended up paying, the front desk person is extremely rude and unprofessional, it felt she was doing us a favour getting us access to care. The whole experience felt misleading and unprofessional. “Duane is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue very quickly and proceeded to help through various exercises, needles ( didn’t hurt), and applying pressure to the area. “Duane is a great physiotherapist! Very professional, caring, and helpful throughout my recovery. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during every session. I noticed a big improvement after the treatment. Highly recommend! However I have a concern to bring about the front desk person during my visit today on the 4th May 2026. I wanted to share some feedback about the front desk experience today. After my treatment, I came to the reception to make the payment and noticed the receptionist was on the phone. I waited for more than 7 minutes before politely asking if my payment could be processed because I needed to get to work. Although the payment was completed, I felt the interaction was rude and unwelcoming. There was no acknowledgement or basic courtesy, which made the experience uncomfortable.
