“Erica there are not enough words to describe her! I have been seeing Erica for just over a year, when I first met her I knew she was the right counsellor for me. She gives me honest thoughts, feedback and provides excellent homework to help overcome life's hurdles. This last year has been a roller coaster and she has always guided me through with grace, compassion and positivity!! She truly is a light when walking in her office. Erica is incredibly insightful, compassionate, and skilled at what she does. “I was introduced to Erica through an unsual manner however I am glad I did. Typically, when attending these a session, things can seem dark and gloomy. Erica is that light. There wasn't anything wrong with previous counsellors that I have seen, Erica is just in a league above. “I have been seeing Erica for a few months and can honestly say she is the most effective counsellor I have ever worked with. She is patient and kind and makes time for her clients during sessions, and also when things come up (at really any time). She is also willing to hold me accountable and have difficult conversations if necessary. I have felt more progress in a few months than over the past several years with other counsellors. She is incredibly committed to her clients and has been a huge blessing to me and my family.
