“This review is long overdue. For the past 10 years Matt has helped me to recover from a number of sports and everyday injuries to my legs, back, shoulder, and neck, including some very serious ones with a low probability for recovery in the opinion of physicians. However, with Matt's superb diagnostic skills, expert knowledge, and carefully designed home exercise programs I have regained function in every case. Matt listens to you and your feedback, is honest with you, and focuses therapy on your goals. I highly recommend him. Five other members of our family have also seen Matt or one of his colleagues at Stott Physiotherapy and all have been very pleased with their outcomes. The administrative staff are welcoming and efficient, the onsite facilities are excellent, and the web site is very well-designed and user friendly for patients who prefer to book online instead of in person or by phone. “Matt is the most phenomenal physio! Kind, experienced and always fixes my problems with positivity and patience! He answers all of my questions and helps me heal my injuries in a timely fashion (granted I also do the exercises I'm given!) “Erin has been absolutely amazing! My mobility, strength and general quality of life have improved tremendously since we've started working together. The entire team have been extremely welcoming and accommodating. One of the features they offer that drew me to them was fascial stretching which has been a game changer for my back pain by opening up my back, hips and legs. “Matt is my go-to physio since 2020. He helped me fix my costochondritis that was plaguing me for 1+ year and nobody else was able to fix it. He closely examined my injuries, and recommended exercises that systematically put my body together. He is the best physio in the city! “Matt has been my physiotherapist for a few different issues over the last 8 years and he is the best physio I've ever had. He always listened to my feedback and really included me in the rehabilitation process, making sure I understood my injuries rather than just treating them. “Best Physio in Dundas . Can't recommend this place enough. Matthew and Erin are making you feel welcome and they really care about their clients. I came for a lower back injury and Matthew helped me relief the pain and build a plan for me to gain my strength back slowly and pain free. My husband worked with Erin for his knee and leg pain . We are glad that both of us can go at the same time during our lunch break. After 45 and with the lock-down, I've seen changes in my body and I see how much working from home all day on the computer has affected my mobility and my energy. I am glad that I found STOTT Physio to help me build a plan that will get my energy and muscles back . I feel in total good hand and best choice I've ever made to start 2021.
