“I've been going to Alesha for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say, I would not find a different practitioner. Ever. Alesha is very personable, friendly, down to earth, and always checks in with me to see where my trouble spots are, and uses several different methods to ensure that I'm feeling restored when I leave. The location is super easy to get to if you're in Parkland County, Spruce Grove or Stony Plain. Rates are very reasonable. I very highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and often gives me exercises to do at home for continued relief.
