“I have received excellent care from Stittsville Sport Physio over the past 2 1/2 years. Mary has given me the plans I needed to overcome painful joints and optimize my movement. When I had a new knee injury, Mary recommended I do the GLA:D program. I just completed this program under the supervision and direction of Mary and Monica. GLA:D provides excellent results. In this program for arthritic hips and knees both Mary and Monica ensured that physio exercises were done well in order to manage and improve arthritic joints. “Danny is an excellent and personable physiotherapist. I had Danny Hijazi as my physiotherapist in Toronto. Now that he has moved I thought I should let people in the Ottawa area know that Danny was a great help to me. I had about 30 years of re-occurring neck and upper shoulder pain. When everything got unbearable last May, I went to see Danny. His treatments and the exercises he gave me have been a huge help. Danny is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. “Monica helped me regain strength and flexibility in my leg after knee replacement surgery. Having had physio previously in a chain-style clinic, I was surprised at the more attentive style of care shown by Monica. She spent the entire visit working one on one with me, ensuring I understood the treatment and exercises she provided. My previous physio experiences elsewhere paled in comparison.
