“Just started going here a few months back for back pain. Never had acupuncture before but Erica is at the top of her game and made the entire experience relaxing and my back feeling better. This place has a calm relaxing atmosphere (obviously) with good music while waiting and relaxing music while getting needles put in my back, taking away any anxiety you may have about getting it done like I did the first time. I've come back here several times now and will continue going in the future. I have yet to get a massage here, but plan to on my next visit.”

“Shauna B is amazing. Her deep-tissue is second to none - she will get the knots that make you wince, but she exiles them and you leave feeling 100% better. You can 100% tell that she cares about making people feel better and that is her primary focus! If you want a tough deep-tissue massage that fixes your muscles, range of motion, and posture she is the one for you. (She also does a great relaxing massage, but that I know second hand from a co-worker since I am all about muscle recovery!)”
