“Been to Still Massage for a couple of sessions. Sara’s dual certified as a RMT and manual osteopath. Awesome special for new clients (90 min for the price of 60 min). Usually book 90 min ($136.00) but she has other options. Session are fantastic; a variety of techniques including deep tissue, suction cupping, scraping, craniosacrial therapy and visceral manipulation. Thoughtful touches with a heat pad and toweling off oil. She always finds tight, naggy spots that most practitioners miss.”Read moreShow less

“I have to say that Sara has upgraded her standing in my books! I have been seeing her for about 12 years and she never seems to fail to amaze me on most of my visits but the one today was the ultimate. She has converted an area into the sweetest studio I have ever seen. It is beautiful and so warm and comforting. There was an occasional hiccup at her old location with parking but there is lots close to her home. I walked into her new studio and had the grand tour and it is grand. She has a small waiting room with a chair and where you remove your shoes. Then a beautiful hallway with a washroom with a toilet and sink and a pocket door. Then into her fantastic osteopathic massage room with a wonderful feature wall with an electric fireplace. Lots of storage with a sink and a spot for your belongings. It felt so good and her work is over the top combining osteopathy along with massage......I really didn't want to leave! “Sara is AMAZING! Such a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist. I really felt like she was thorough, and appreciated the clear communication and the work she did was outstanding. I will definitely become a regular for sure! Update: a few years later and I am still a regular with Sara. I have suffered with repetitive S.I Joint sprains, and am currently dealing with spinal disk issues that put a great stress on my nerves and hips. I was barely able to walk when I was cleared to come back for massage after needing to discontinue for a time while I was in the process of being diagnosed. Since my first session back about a year ago, I have regained most of my life, Sara gave me my life back and for that I am eternally grateful. “I was referred to Sara 2 years ago after a car accident and she was instrumental in helping with some deep tissue issues. I have continued to see her every few months for self care and mainainance as she has a skill set that has me leaving feeling lighter and balanced. “Sara has excellent osteo /massage skills. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly, she is able to release muscle tension effectively. Hip pain that I had for years is gone!
