“This was my first time trying osteopathy as a treatment, having previously tried fascial stretch therapy, chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage. Each discipline provided varying degrees of relief for brief periods, but nothing really substantial or lasting. So I was skeptical but hopeful that Steve might do better. And so far, after only two treatments, I am happy to report that I am moving freely and without pain. I can crouch and stand without struggle or pain, climb stairs again without effort or thought, and get up from my office chair easily and pain free. It has made me appreciate what I'd lost, and now have back again. Will it last? I certainly hope so, only time will tell. I will update this review in a few weeks. I've been very impressed with Steve. Caring, gentle, attentive, thorough and competent. Great location, comfortable office (although you will have to navigate a few stairs, something that will get easier quickly). He may be just starting out as a recent grad but he evidently paid attention in class. Once the word gets out he's going to have a full calendar, so if you're thinking about trying osteopathy for the first time, or switching therapists, give Steve a try. You won't be disappointed. And maybe, like me, your new normal will become much better than the old.”
