“Stephen took the time to understand my problem areas before starting the session. The massage really helped relieve the tension in my shoulders, back and forearms. He also recommended some helpful stretches and exercises to prevent future injuries after the session. The space was very clean and welcoming. “The environment is comfortable and clean, the attitude is professional and sincere, and Stephen has rich professional knowledge. I've tried chiropractors before, and I also registered as a Chinese medicine practitioner and received RMT treatment, but the results were not ideal. “Stephen is very professional. He took time to understand my areas of tightness and also to connect. It was a massage that I definitely needed. “I had a great experience with Stephen. He’s one of the best massage therapists in the area and honestly the best I have ever been to. He took the time to understand my concerns and focused on the areas where I was experiencing the most tension with just the right amount of pressure. The entire session was incredibly relaxing and I felt significant improvement in my back and calves afterwards. He also gave me helpful advice and showed me exercises I can do at home to improve.
