CANCELLATION POLICY (please read)

To ensure a mutually respectful therapeutic relationship with my patients, I’ve implemented a strict cancellation policy which comes into effect immediately . Please do not schedule or keep an appointment with me if you cannot support this policy. Your understanding is appreciated.

If you reschedule/cancel for any reason within the 48 hour window but before 24 hours , a fee equal to 50% the treatment total will be charged to your credit card on file.

If you reschedule/cancel for any reason within 24 hours or less, or if you miss your appointment completely, a fee equal to 100% the treatment total will be charged to your credit card on file.

If you arrive late or shorten your appointment, you will be treated for the remaining time (if > 30 minutes) and a fee equal to the scheduled treatment duration will be applied

“I’ve had the privilege of enjoying the art of massage around the globe from Asia and Europe to spas across Canada and the shores of Hawaii. These experiences taught me to recognize a master of the craft. Stephanie is undoubtably one of them. She possesses a gift for massage you can only be born with and regularly surprises me with her depth of knowledge. Guelph is fortunate to have many gifted massage therapists; Stephanie is in a class of her own.”
