“This is hands down the best physiotherapy clinic in the province! The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for a positive experience right from the start. Russell is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to injuries, and he knows exactly how to recommend the right exercises to help you recover. He’s great at making sure the exercises aren’t too much to handle, tailoring them to your needs. The entire team is always friendly, and you feel genuinely cared for every time you walk in. “Kendal and Brad are the best! Brad (physio) has extensive knowledge on running and has been super helpful in teaching me how recover from injuries, while focussing on the proper supportive exercises and technique to prevent injury. Kendal is also a talented RMT - so friendly, professional, knowledgeable - highly recommend both of these folks! “Kendal Shirtliff is a PHENOMENAL massage therapist! I have chronic back and shoulder pain and have been unsatisfied with the quality of previous massages I’ve received. I was referred to Kendal by a friend and was very impressed by the thorough assessment he conducted, accurately pinpointing my problem areas and outlining a plan of treatment. The massage was thorough and he was very responsive to my pressure preferences. He is extremely professional and I felt as if he made a difference in just one session. “Had a consultation with another physiotherapist over a wcb claim that I had opened. As they were unable to accommodate my schedule very well, I decided to move somewhere else. Emailed Steinbach physio therapy to secure Monday, Wednesday and friday appointments for 6 weeks. Got email confirmation that they would be able to accommodate me at 5pm, I explained that this would be acceptable for Fridays but I had chosen their clinic because Monday and Wednesday they were open much later, so they stated that 6:30 would be the latest available for those days and I agreed. Wednesday was my first appointment and it wasn’t until after that, that I learned that they had not made any of my appointments and refused to do so without wcb explicitly telling them to. I explained that I had already gone to another therapist and my claim was already approved but that meant nothing to them. As it turns out, they had no intention of booking the appointments I had requested as Fridays they dont even take physio appointments at 5pm. When I inquired about my upcoming appointment for next Wednesday, as Monday is a holiday, they informed me the earliest appointment would be 5pm, which is a far cry from 6:30. I would have never gone to stienbach physio had I known they would be screwing me out of the appointments I had inquired about, as wcb only allows one switch of providers, Stienbach physio deliberately bait and switched me into attending their clinic with absolutely no intention of accommodating my schedule as requested. The manager insisted this was my fault and wcbs fault for not sending them approval upfront, which is completely irrelevant; as a wcb claim is not a requirement in order to attend physio in the first place. Completely unprofessional business, do not recommend. Edit: as you see from the owners response, more excuses. If they had absolutely no intention of booking the appointments, this should have been stated at the time that the appointments were being made.”Read moreShow less
