Direct billing available for Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife and Insurers under Telus Health eClaims. If you are covered under another provider, receipts are provided that will allow you to submit to your insurer/extended medical benefits for your coverage. Please let the therapist know ahead of time if you would like to be set up for direct billing.
The RMT is set up for MSP and is “hard opt out”, patient’s pay in full but can use their receipts to submit to their Medical Services Plan on their own behalf, for their coverage.
Please note the RMT is not set up to direct bill with WCB and ICBC patients.
24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the missed appointment time. If you are sick please contact the therapist to cancel.
Payment is due on the day of service, all outstanding balances must be paid in order to book future appointments.
