Booking and fees

  • Advance notice to cancel1 day

    Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments for no charge if this occurs at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.

  • Arriving late shortens the visitthe session will still end at the originally set end time

    When a client arrives after the scheduled start time, the session will still end at the originally set end time.

  • Fee for cancelling late

    If a client cancels or reschedules a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they will be charged 75% of the scheduled service’s cost.

  • Fee for a missed appointment

    No-shows result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
