“I had 2 root canals done that were crowned to support a partial on my lower gum. I was told that pins would be put in during the root canal to make my 2 teeth stronger. The pins were not put in. When I had the crowns put on, Dr Maher Naji told me upon exiting the room that my lower left tooth was lose and that I was going to lose it!!! Why on earth were the pins not put in to stabalize the teeth. I am 68 years old and really didn't want to worry about my teeth anymore but that is not happening. Cutting corners maybe....because it is covered under the Canadian dental plan??? I am not certain and am not sure what to do about this issue.”Read moreShow less

“The dentist's here literally will suggest cavities you do not need just to get as much money from your insurance as they can, without any concern for your long term dental health. They botched a cavity I didn't even need. Now I've had pain in that tooth for over a year and after multiple visits they say I need a root canal. For something THEY did... So you will come in here, no pain at all, say you need a bunch of cavities, even though your teeth are fine, and leave with pain (I can only eat with one side of my mouth, for over a year) and needing a root. So in short; came here only needing a tiny hole fixed from an old filling, no pain, left with pain in a completely different tooth and insane sensitivity in the teeth that were worked on, and need a root canal. Remember work done on your teeth is PERMANENT, it can NEVER be undone. I had a better experience here when I DIDN'T have insurance.”Read moreShow less

“It blows my mind this dental office can have any positive reviews at all. I was first recommended here by a friend who has been a patient for many years. For the past 3 years since becoming a patient, I've gone on to receive the worst dental experiences interacting with both Dr MacKenzie and Dr Naji. The clinic seemed only to have 1 dentist working during my multiple visits. One time when I was getting a filling, halfway through Dr Mackenzie left me in the chair to go perform a checkup for another patient in the other room. This was during my appointment slot! I was left with my mouth still forced open for 15 minutes before he eventually came back and told me to leave. I had to be the one to remind him that he needed to file the filling to be smoother!! After the bad experience, I requested to be switched over to Dr Naji who had done work for my partner who had a pleasant experience. After deciding to give Station Dental one more chance, I booked to getting a crown done and new retainers to be fitted to my new crown. My new retainers cracked after 4 months...I've been wearing my old set from high school for 10+ years and never had this issue. And the crown? It came off within less than a year...yes, came off as in popped off while I was chewing! I've had my other crown done at another clinic and haven't had an issue in 10 years. When I called the clinic about my concerns of the crown the receptionist said to just go see another dentist, it should be covered by insurance anyways and brushed off the fact that they had done terrible work. A crown should not be coming off in less than a year! On the other hand, the dental hygenists have been lovely and I've never had any issues. However, avoid getting any repair work or orthodontic work done at this office.”Read moreShow less

“If you want professional care look somewhere else !!! I have been bringing my cousin at Station Dental Office in Kitchener for over a year. Recently, we called to ask if his dentist could act as a guarantor for his citizenship/passport application. For this kind of application, the government requires a professional (doctor, dentist, lawyer, etc.) who has known the person for at least six months. My cousin only has two professionals who meet that requirement, and they are his dentist at this office and his lawyer. We asked the dentist first because he had his cleaning done recently. The guarantor is not taking any responsibility for his application. They are only signing to confirm “I have known him for more than six months". I tried my best to explain this on the phone to the receptionist. I would have completely accepted a simple “no,” but the way she treated me was very disrespectful. The first receptionist spoke in a rude tone and said things like “anybody can do it, I don’t know why you’re calling us,” then transferred me to another lady who said she was the supervisor. The supervisor who spoke to me in an even harsher tone, said the doctor has “never checked him” , and then hung up on me. When I called back to ask why she hung up on me, the receptionist just said “they’re too busy to have a coneversation” and hung up again. There was no apology, no explanation, and no curtesy. I also asked if I could speak with the doctor or email the doctor directly, and they refused. His lawyer signed the document with out any hesitation. We then requested all his files to be sent to us and cancel future appointments cause we were very disappointed for the way they treat us ,They just said “okay” and processed it with no interest in why we were leaving, no concern, and no attempt to make things right. That shows lack of patient care and disregard to losing a client. There are many dentists in this city, so we will simply go somewhere else. It is hard not to feel that we were treated this way and we question the reason behind it including bais against visible minority, new immigrant to the country. Even if that was not their intention, that is how it came across to us. I am writing this review so that, if the dentist is not aware of how the reception staff are speaking to patients, they can see it here. The problem was not that they refused to sign the form rather it was the rude attitude, the way they spoke to us, and the complete lack of professionalism and fundamental respect.”Read moreShow less

“Hello everyone! I visited this clinic today and want to give my highest praise to the amazing people who work here. My neighbor was in terrible pain and needed an urgent tooth extraction. She was very anxious because of a bad experience at another clinic, but what we found here was the complete opposite. Kindness, professionalism, and genuine care that are rare to see these days. We came to this clinic based on a recommendation, and we’re so glad we did! Everything was done within an hour. The doctor and staff were wonderful, especially Belinda, the dental technician who has been working here for almost 20 years, so warm, friendly, and compassionate.❤️ We are beyond satisfied and truly grateful for the care and attention she received. Highly recommended to anyone in need of urgent dental help. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, please keep up the great work! ❤️”Read moreShow less
