“I've been going to Kirsten for about 9 years now and no matter how tense or hurting my body is or how stressed I am upon entering her space, I am instantly at ease upon leaving. Kirsten has helped me through recovery of back injuries and two pregnancies that caused a lot of back and shoulder pain, scar massage after c sections to help with circulating blood flow and everything in between. She was able to help alleviate and bring a welcome relief to the daily pain. She was gentle, yet quite effective, but could also get in deep when needed.
