“From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt different from most dental offices. The space was calm and welcoming, with greenery and sage products that made it feel more relaxing than clinical. My first interaction was with Deepika at reception, and she was fantastic. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage and explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, and I left that conversation feeling confident that I understood what was covered and what to expect. The assistants were also wonderful and helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was my appointment with Dr. Lo. He used a 3D scanner to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth, and being able to see everything on the screen made a huge difference. Instead of just telling me what the issues were, he showed me and explained them clearly. He also pointed out areas that could become problems in the future and gave me practical advice on how to improve my brushing and better care for my teeth. I appreciated that he presented different options and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. The whole appointment felt more like a conversation than a lecture. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about the next steps. You can tell he genuinely cares about educating his patients and has a lot of experience. Another thing I really appreciated was the transparency with billing. Everything was exactly as quoted—no surprises, no unexpected charges, and no awkward conversations at the end. Overall, the entire team made what could have been a stressful dental visit feel easy and comfortable. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. “5 stars completely deserved. Dr. Marcus is the kind of dentist everyone wishes they had. He's professional, personable, and takes the time to walk you through everything clearly and patiently, so you leave feeling informed and confident. The welcome alone makes such a difference. You feel genuinely cared for, not just another appointment Lily then takes that incredible experience even further. Her cleaning is thorough and completely pain-free, and she took the time to give me loads of practical tips and advice on home care (something I've never had a hygienist do so thoroughly before). “The clinic is very modern and clean. The esthetics make you feel calm and relaxed. Dr. Lo has provided exceptional service; he explains the procedures thoroughly and takes pictures of my teeth before and after procedures. Their equipment is innovative and advanced compared to other dental clinics I've been to. The front desk staff also respond quickly via email and are clear about patient payment portions and insurance coverage. My kids ranging from 3 -9 years old love going to the dentist. The staff tell them what the tools do and make their cleaning time fun. They have TV to distract the children and also give out toys at the end of the session. “I had a great experience with Sylvia during my dental cleaning. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional from start to finish. “I honestly had such a great experience with Dr. Lo and the team. From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt calm and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were very upfront about pricing and took the time to help me check my insurance, which I really appreciated. They also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and clearly know the plan inside and out, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Lily, the hygienist, was amazing — super gentle, and the cleaning was completely pain-free. Dr. Lo took the time to explain all of my dental needs in a way I could actually understand and also did an implant for me. I was surprised at how smooth the recovery was — I had no pain after just one day. Another big plus is that they speak Cantonese and Mandarin, which made communication even more comfortable for me.
