“I’m very happy to say I found the best dentist office, the staff are great, Dr. Merna and Dr. Barsoum are amazing. Melissa and Monica both helped me with booking my appointment, as well as getting my records transferred from my pervious dentist office. I did both of my cleaning and complete oral exam, over all very pleasant experience. Very clean and organized ! “I had an outstanding experience at this dental clinic in Toronto with Dr. Barsoum and her team. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Barsoum took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Her attention to detail and calm, professional approach immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. The entire team is friendly, efficient, and truly focused on patient care. You can tell they hold themselves to a very high standard, which is not something you find at every dental office. “"I had an incredibly concerning experience at this clinic. The staff, particularly at the front desk, are highly unprofessional and more focused on gossiping than patient care. This lack of attention led to a dangerous situation where they nearly performed a procedure on the wrong tooth. When I tried to address my concerns, the receptionist was aggressive and dishonest. “Thank you so much to Dr. Le, Monica, and the entire staff team at St Raphael's Dental Care. I have had nothing but positive experiences at your clinic. Most recently, I went in with dental pain and Dr. Le noted that I needed a crown replacement. The staff was patient and kind throughout the entire process. “Dr Mekhail is the most caring person I have ever met. She is the best dentist I have ever had. That, in part, is due to her also amazing assistant, Missy. The office is run by an equally amazing, friendly manager (Hola), joined by caring, helpful secretaries. Lily, has provided friendly, efficient service since my first appointment.
