The lady at the front desk who hands out tokens, is extremely rude And unprofessional. The multiple times I have gone there To get a token, she is rude and very unfriendly. It makes me not want to come here.

The worst place you can put your parents in . Lack of professionalism , empathy and responsibilities. I will never forgive myself that I put my trust in them !

So Blessed to have SJLC care for our Mom 🧡 All her needs are met. They call us if there is ever any concern. And if we ever have a concern, it is dealt with immediately. They interact with our Mom and treat her with compassion and they always leave her with a smile on her face.

Just had the head person at this facility come outside knocking on my window and yelling at me for being there waiting for someone. Claiming I am parked and not allowed to be there, yet there was multiple cars stopping there waiting longer than me. If she would of been nice I would of moved. Instead she yells, saying she's calling the bylaw. After 2 minutes another employee comes out and yells at me more and hits my window. If they had manners and were polite I would of moved, but no they thought this was the best way to handle it.

This review is for St. Joe's Long Term Care located in Brantford, Ontario. My Father is a resident their. Unfortunately we have had many issues already. My father has fallen many times, a few times we the family were not even notified of the fall. What a shock to walk in and see your loved one black and blue from a fall u new nothing about. Most of the nursing staff that I have encountered seem quite unfriendly. They have little or no time or desire to talk to u about your loved one. This is especially true when dealing with management. I have seen more then a few residents that could use a shave and a change of clothes. No time I guess? Not enough staff?? I constantly here Thank our front line care workers. Really? Honestly, I expected better. Then again, I actually thought people care. What a fool I am. My experience so far has been extremely disappointing. I have little hope that this will change.
