“Today the team was good. Although they highlighted issues that have been clearly going on for years that have not been communicated or addressed by other dentists and hygienists. Not happy that I could have saved a lot my oral health over the years”

“I have been coming here since I was a kid, they have been all of my family members dentist for years. I have always had pleasent experiences while going and they are always honest about what you need done, how much it would cost and being able to work with you. Most recent visit, I had broken my tooth pretty badly, would need a crown but I don't have the funds for one and insurance doesn't cover it so the dentist worked with me and rebuilt my tooth to work at least temporarily (he did such a good job that it will most likely last a long time though). I will always recommend this dental practice.”

“Very disappointing experience. I had a 12:00 PM appointment today, and the office called asking if I could come in earlier at 11:15 AM. I rearranged my schedule and arrived at the requested time to be accommodating. Despite this, I was left waiting for nearly an hour and was still not seen. By the time 12:00 PM had already passed, I was told I would need to continue waiting. After 55 minutes of waiting, I had no choice but to leave without being treated. I understand that occasional delays happen, but asking a patient to come in early and then making them wait longer than their original appointment time is unacceptable. It shows a lack of respect for patients' time and poor appointment management. Unfortunately, if your time is valuable, I cannot recommend this office.”

“I had to return to the dental office for a filling, and I had a great experience. Dr. Boissonneault did the work today and was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, gentle, and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. The entire staff was fantastic as well super welcoming, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. Everything was well organized, and I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. Thank you to Dr. Boissonneault and the whole team for providing such excellent care”
