“I had a consultation with Dr. Richmond and was incredibly impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was professional and the clinic had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Dr. Richmond was very thorough, attentive to my needs, and provided a clear treatment plan. You can tell he truly practices with compassionate care in mind. “DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSITIVITY TO FRAGRANCE!!! Called to book an appointment and asked them multiple times if they are a fragrance free clinic and got a resounding YES. I booked here to find support for fragrance allergies. Walked into the clinic today and was instantly assaulted with stong fragrance, they use scented hand sanitizer, scented cleaning products and the staff all had fragrance on!!! It was brutal. When I booked they knew I was coming for fragrance allergies, they said they are fragrance free. An incredibly disappointing event.”Read moreShow less

“Excellent experience with Dr. Tocher-Richmond. I went in seeking advise about supplements and nutrition. She was kind, understanding and very professional. The first visit was very comprehensive and she listened and addressed all my concerns. The location for the clinic is also great in the heart of St. Albert. Online booking system which is great. “I was on Prostate hormone therapy after radiation treatment, and I felt terrible from the side effects. (Severe muscle cramps, brain fog, hot flashes, extreme dizziness, low energy, and others). Three weeks after seeing Doctor Richmond, the side effects have almost disappeared. I feel great because of changes to some combinations and doses of over the counter vitamins and supplements that he suggested. Thank you, Doctor Richmond for giving me my life back.
