“Sprout provides excellent care for their clients. The nurse practitioners treat you with so much humanity and compassion. I mostly worked with Pam due to scheduling availability and then continuity. She went above and beyond to provide excellent care for me and I always felt heard and supported by her. I would definitely recommend Sprout to anyone needing quality health care for the whole family.”

“Sprout advertises and leads you to believe they are a true one stop shop for all family healthcare needs. After hours of intake forms and phone interviews as well as a in-person consult with an NP our family was told it wasn’t a good fit via a stale run of the mill email. Absolute waste of time and given no good reason in my opinion. Very disappointed. At least have the respect to call us and inform us properly with valid reasons. Do not waste your time here.”

“Sproat Family Health has been a life saver! When my family doctor retired I felt lost not having a health physician. I am someone who found it extremely difficult to get into walk in clinics, and often it was a different doctor every time. I wasn’t getting anywhere with my health issues. Both of their Nurse Practitioners were very thorough, kind, patient, and took the time to get to know me and my needs. It has been a huge relief to know that I can easily book an appointment and see someone in person when needed! They have flexible times as well, which has been a huge help! I’ve had great success and have reached the bottom of what was going on for me. I highly recommend!”
