“I have had two appointments here with Dr Fortier. Admin staff are fast and friendly. Dr. Fortier is intelligent and has a good bedside manor. I had a hip injection and expected it to be very painful but it was not bad at all. Thank you Dr. Fortier.”

“I met with Dr. Chris Fortier to address a series of long-standing issues, and his approach was incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. After a thorough examination, he recommended targeted solutions and therapies for my condition. Following the initial assessment, I received a guided cortisone injection in my right shoulder. He mentioned that I would likely feel the effects within a week, but after just one day I noticed a significant reduction in pain and much better mobility. I am genuinely confident that choosing this practice and team was the best decision for my care.”

“I was able to get in relatively quickly for a significant knee issue. After seeing the doctor, I was also able to get fitted for a Custom knee brace. After the payment was finalized, the knee brace came within a week. All in all a positive experience”

“Dr. Fortier has poor bed side manners. He accused me of being persistent because I was asking questions. Wouldn't any mother trying to help their son who's been in pain for weeks be asking questions?! When I asked for copy of my son's blood work, he told me I was taking advantage of the health care system because I didn't want to book an appointment with my family doctor to get it. Its a test covered by OHIP, I just wanted a copy! I'd say me booking another appointment and taking a spot that someone in need could use is "taking advantage"! On top of it, he had his door open and walked out before explaining next steps to us, I had to ask the receptionist! He was already out of the building!”

“Was told I needed referral. Fam doc sent. I called and they said doc was reviewing it. I kept calling and finally they told me that over a week prior, the doctor said he can't fit me in. No one called to tell me this, no one told me when I called initially. Waste of 2+ weeks wait, and no follow up. 2 weeks is a long time when you are in pain.”
