“I have been going to the general exercise program at Orillia Sports Medicine for four years. This program keeps me active and healthy. Everyone I deal with at the clinic (including the front desk, therapists, coaches in the gym, all support staff and students on placement) is kind, patient and knowledgeable about how to adapt a program to meet each individual's needs. There is always a smile and a high five - good job today!”Read moreShow less

“After bilateral wrist surgery, I was looking for physiotherapy. Orillia sports medicine was able to get me in quickly for an assessment and start physio treatments. The staff and physiotherapy therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a well equipped treatment facility. I am happy to be getting treatments there.”Read moreShow less

“A huge thank you to all the General Exercise Program staff. Steve, Nick and Ryan have been super helpful over the past 6 years. I started off with individual strength exercises to improve everything. By the time I had a total knee replacement, my knee was quite strong. It only took a few weeks before I was able to go back. I can now walk up and down stairs without hesitating. I am now working on strengthening everything. I like the way they encourage me and have a variety of ways of improving my ability to be self sufficient. Everyone is awesome.”Read moreShow less

“I have been coming to Orillia Sports Medicine for years. Whether it be physio, massage and most recently the last year in the GEP program. WOW what a difference from your typical gym and ladies fitness classes. Ryan and Tyler provide functional based programs for each individual. You get personal critique on form, to prevent injuries. Bonus! They will push you, if you want to be pushed. Stepping outside of your comfort zone with guidance and support makes a gal feel AMAZING! The facility is clean, welcoming and all staff are personal and fun. Thanks for keeping me moving and keep up the GREAT work!!!!”Read moreShow less
