“I attended Sport and Spine Physiotherapy following a complete reverse shoulder replacement after a work-related injury over a year ago. I first attended the clinic after the initial injury to maintain as much range of motion as possible, and then returned immediately after surgery for the long road of rehabilitation. Jim was wonderful—extremely knowledgeable and always looking out for my best interests throughout the process. The front staff, Avery and Chloe, made every visit positive and fun, which truly mattered during such a challenging recovery. Rehabilitation required hard work and often painful sessions, but this team made the entire journey feel supported and encouraging. “Glad I picked this place for my treatment. Jim and his staff (Chloe and Avery) are very friendly and professional. Made my stiff finger after a break feel and move much better within few treatment session. This place is also very flexible with time and they always help you come in earlier than your appointment whenever they can. Open till 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays are very helpful for people who work long hours can get appointments later in the day. “To start off the place is very clean, staff is continuously wiping things down. I was hurting pretty bad my 1st visit, Jim seemed to genuinely care about my situation. He gave me some homework to do and it squared me back up, I honestly dont think I would have healed up so fast without his help! “I was very lucky to get help with my sacroiliac pain so quickly with this wonderful team here at Sport and Spine Physiotherapy. Always easy to get an appointment even last min. Staff are always kind and helpful. My son was helped with his foot issue and now my husband needs physio for a knee problem! This is our family’s physio team!
