“I saw Colin for 6 sessions of dry needling to help loosen the tightness in my neck and shoulders that had given me weekly tension headaches for years. In only a few sessions, the tightness significantly decreased, I gain range of motion in my neck, my posture improved, and my headaches have largely disappeared. If you are experiencing chronic pain, Colin is your man! It is really uncomfortable and kind of exhausting at the beginning but after my last session, I went to the gym and did a weight lifting workout.
