“Thank you Rachel!!! Rachel took on the daunting task of nano extensions in my very short, thick hair. I am completely amazed at the results! Her knowledge and skill exceeds all expectations. The care and precision she took with the install and cut was phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with the results. And the colour match? Perfect! Definitely above and beyond. “Before meeting Catherine, I was never truly happy with my haircuts. No matter where I went, I never seemed to get the look I was after, and I often felt like I never knew what the final result was going to be. After seeing a recommendation online for Catherine, I decided to give her a try, and I couldn’t be happier. Catherine has a tremendous amount of experience cutting men’s hair and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. For the first time, I felt understood. The haircut looked great when I left the salon, but what impressed me most was how well it grew out. In fact, it seemed to look even better with each passing day, right up until my next appointment. That’s something I had never experienced before. More than a great stylist, Catherine is also kind, empathetic, and a wonderful conversationalist who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit in her chair. Her attention to detail, skill, and professionalism are exceptional. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly understands men’s hair and consistently delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Catherine. “I’ve been going to Spirit Spa regularly for more than two years, visiting both Downtown and Hydrostone locations. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience, with both pros and cons. The facial I had wasn’t great, so I wouldn’t personally recommend it. However, the massages are absolutely divine. I highly recommend Mike Wood, he is very professional, listens carefully to your preferences, and I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. He uses excellent pressure and creates a very relaxing experience. The complimentary steam shower afterward is also an amazing bonus. I also like the interior design and the large windows. There are just a few things that could make Spirit Spa feel even more luxurious. First, it would be nice if the water dispensers were glass instead of plastic. Second, cotton bathrobes would feel more comfortable and luxurious than polyester ones. Natural materials always create a more upscale experience. Overall, I’m happy with Spirit Spa and will continue visiting regularly.”Read moreShow less

“Massage was ok , the place is very clean and has great service. We filled a very detailed report at the beginning with all our preferences , health conditions , etc. Still was asked some of the same questions in the massage room and it took approx 7 min till the therapist came back to the room after I was requested to undress and get ready . “I had a fantastic experience at the hydro stone location yesterday. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed. The whole spa was incredibly clean, and welcoming. I was there for a massage with Nickolas. He was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I have pain in both my neck and back from a car accident. I left feeling so much better. Thank you so much for the amazing service. “I had my very first massage and Ashley made me feel so comfortable and did such an amazing job. I came home feeling so much lighter and less tense after having bad neck and trap discomfort for years.
