“We came to Spirit of Health hoping for real help with our toddler's withholding struggles, drawn in by their reviews and their holistic approach. Unfortunately the experience did not live up to that. The regimen they recommended wasn't realistic for a child his age, and the nutritional plan focused on trying to "reset" his gut with a range of products they sell, rather than addressing the mental/behavioral side of withholding, which felt like the actual root of the issue. We stuck with it for weeks, being encouraged to add more and more of these products despite what felt like limited scientific backing behind them. The end result was that our son, who was only slightly picky before, became even more resistant to eating and drinking water he started associating food with the "medicine" and his eating problems got worse, not better. Our consultant, Rena, was consistently late to appointments, not by a few minutes, but regularly 10+ minutes or more, with no notice. While our own sessions were never extended and typically ended on time or early. We were also told we'd get help finding recipes or ways to work the recommended products into normal meals, but that support never materialized. On top of that, we discovered our prepaid visits had expired with zero communication from the facility letting us know they were approaching expiration or that we needed to schedule. For a business built around Christian values, the overall experience felt transactional rather than centered on genuinely helping a struggling family and more focused on protecting themselves on paper than on patient outcomes. We didn't feel valued as clients, and it seemed like the goal was to keep us as an ongoing customer purchasing products rather than truly understanding and addressing our son's needs. We would not recommend their services.”

“I have going to SOH for about 6 months now. Every time I have been there, the service has been friendly, knowledgeable and swift. I have also been to the holistic clinic. It was extremely informative and very well done. They do a great job keeping all of their products in stock. Their selection of Powders and blends are outstanding and have helped me tremendously.
