Attention Patients – If you are scheduling an appointment for any Sundays, early mornings, or late evenings, when we don’t have front desk staff available, you are required to have a credit card on file.

To continue offering appointments on weekends and statutory holidays, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Due to limited availability and high demand, appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. We maintain an active waitlist and can often fill appointments when adequate notice is provided. Please note: This 48-hour cancellation policy applies only to weekend and statutory holiday appointments. Our regular 24-hour cancellation policy remains in effect for all weekday appointments.
