Horrible customer service was on time for my appointment but was waiting 30 minutes until I actually got into my appointment they did not communicate any of the prices to me about anything and the owner gave me a cooling gel to buy and did not bother to tell me how much until I had to ask them, they lie all the time about the costs about after the initial assessment do not trust them they are horrible. All they did was give me attitude for something that's so small. Can't take accountability for not communicating prices and suprising you at them and when you have to pay way more then. They tell u at the beginning 165 for the assessment and 80$ after but don't tell u any other prices for the extra machines they uses and make you pay for without telling you that it's extra so just no communication and lying to me, if I could give you 0 stars I would. The person at the desk my first time making the appointment was more interested with the tv and her phone then me and even though I told her repeatedly them I was brand new and I was making my first appointment was telling me to book 5 appointments off the bat and didn't understand after clearly explaining that I was new. Didn't want to listen to me untill way after she then finally realized. Feeling so unseen and so disrespected like this I was very late to another appointment because I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment was originally scheduled to finally get in. Never will I ever suggest such a place that isn't mindful or personable or just is so unwilling to communicate about almost anything going on. Not once did I say that I wasn't going to pay those word never came out of my mouth and once again lying to make yourself look good I did pay In the end so don't u lie and lie more and again u lied because I was told it was 80 for every following appointment not 110 so lying again u can not be trusted at all and yes I have found better service other places that I will be taking my business too and the fact I had to do this to get any one of those prices from Not once did I say that I wasn't going to pay those word never came out of my mouth and once again lying to make yourself look good I did pay In the end so don't u lie and lie more and again u lied because I was told it was 80 for every following appointment not 110 so lying again u can not be trusted at all and yes I have found better service other places that I will be taking my business too the fact I had to do this to get any communication about more prices is crazy and was never told before hand and was treated like an after thought all I asked simply in the end was for better communication and u didn't want to do that up untill and that's childish to ask for communication and to have you not want to give that

Amazing Physio & Community OHIP service. I’ve been blown away by SpineGroup's care for my arm & knee issues. What truly stands out is their Ohip community service for those without insurance or coverage limits – I was in that spot, and they were amazingly supportive. - *Compassionate team* who genuinely want to help. Thank you to Ayesha for your patience and professionalism. - *Flexible scheduling* to fit my life. - Customer service is top-notch – they go the extra mile. Huge thanks for making physio accessible and for caring about the community. Dianny

I definitely would not recommend Spine Group if your sessions are paid by OHIP. Felt like Ayesha the therapist was in hurry for my treatments to end, which lasted10-15 minutes. Bad experience and waste of time

Just finished my Phisiotherapy sessions with Ayesha and want to share my great experience at this clinic . A young, passionate professional with amazing skills not to mention her warm and welcoming attitude. The cute dog at the clinic adds calmness and put all the patients in a great , relaxed mood . A place worth to put your trust in . Thank you Team Spine Group!

I had a wonderful experience at Spine Group. PT Ayesha Iqbal is outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and very supportive throughout my treatment. The doctor was equally professional and thorough, and the entire administrative staff made scheduling so easy. They were always very accommodating with appointments, which made the process stress-free. Overall, the whole team created a positive and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Spine Group to anyone seeking excellent care.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. I beg anybody to please stay away from the physiotherapist by the name of Ayesha Iqbal at this clinic. She is not nice to her patients at all. I have never met someone so disrespectful in the medical field like herself. Everyone else at the clinic was fine such as the chiropractor there and the secretary. I am by no means telling anyone to avoid this place as I would never assume that everyone working there is like Ayesha. Ayesha's attitude was very rude and unprofessional towards us. From the start, the communication was curt and lacked empathy. Our concerns were brushed off, and my grandmother felt rushed throughout her appointment without any genuine attempt to help her. Her tone was condescending, making all of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Did we arrive 8 mins late? yes. Nobody is perfect. Many times, patients have to wait for doctors/physiotherapists.. and when that happens, we are not disrespectful like she was to us. I am not sure how someone like her can work with vulnerable patients. She has absolutely no idea what people are going through in their life and simply being nice can go a long way. It costs $0 to be nice. I am not going allow her to treat us this way, and I did standup for myself at the clinic. A physiotherapist should be a partner in your recovery, not someone who makes you feel belittled or unheard. We left feeling worse emotionally. I hope she can reflect on her attitude and remember that kindness and respect are just as important as technical skills in healthcare. My mother had spoken to Mary I believe it was for the last appointment who is one of the administrators, and she said she was very nice. I am not telling anyone to stay away from this clinic as it could have amazing chiropractors and physiotherapists.. but sadly, Ayesha is not one of them.

I arrived today at the clinic with acute neck and shoulder pain. I left painless and jumping for joy. First, I was greeted by the most sweetest lady, Mary, who took down all my information and signed me in. Then, was seen by the talented Chiropractor, Dr. D'Astolfo, who did a very thorough examination and amazingly treated my area of pain. Lastly, I received the most effective massage by a very knowledgeable Massage Therapist. Overall, I had a tremendous and positive experience at SPINEgroup, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a little TLC.
