“Buyers beware: This clinic uses high-pressure sales tactics to push overpriced medical equipment on vulnerable patients. On only his second appointment, the chiropractor aggressively pressured my husband to purchase a TENS machine for $450 and custom orthotics on the spot. When I spoke with the clinic to give me a formal, itemized estimate to submit to our insurance provider for pre-approval, the chiropractor flatly refused to give me one. Instead, she used highly unprofessional and dismissive phrases, telling me she had “been doing this a long time” and to “not worry about it if it doesn't go through,” claiming they would "deal with it." This is a massive red flag. Legitimate medical providers gladly offer transparent, written pricing. Refusing to provide an estimate while promising to "deal with it" if insurance denies the claim is a tactic used to trap patients into a sale before they realize a $450 TENS machine is heavily marked up. Do not let this clinic rush you into buying equipment. Demand everything in writing, check your own insurance limits first, and do not fall for their high-pressure tactics. “Can I say amazing! I visited for plantar fasciitis treatment (right heal pain) and had an excellent experience. Dr.Sahila, my chiropractor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She provided exceptional care, and I came out feeling like I was walking on a cloud! I also had an amazing massage with Wendy—one of the best I've ever had. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and focused on my well-being. “Linda gave me the best massage therapy of my life! And trust me I get massage therapy done on a regular from different people and clinics. This was my first time with her as she was highly recommended. I'm so glad I went with her. She was able to locate the source of my pain/discomfort and reassured me that by the end of the treatment that I will feel better and I sure did! She was welcoming, friendly, thorough, used different techniques and tools and she took her time (I didn't feel the whole experience rushed).
