“Tara is an amazing Physio! Her years of experience makes her an expert in her field! I had to have a c-section with my son and she helped coach and guide me through both the prep and after-care. She is also so kind and calming and made each interaction very comfortable. Thank you Tara!”Read moreShow less

“Fantastic! Tara is wonderful. She is very professional as well as knowledgeable; she helped me immensely both pre- and post-labour. This should be a regular aspect of care both while pregnant and postpartum for everyone!”

“Tara is an expert in her field of women’s health, perinatal and postpartum care, and pelvic health. She prepared us for our birth experience and was there to help with my recovery and beyond. If you are thinking about pregnancy, are pregnant, or have had children, I highly recommend making an appointment to learn about pelvic health and what is normal and what is not.”Read moreShow less

“I began physio with Tara as a prenatal client for pelvic floor therapy. Tara gave me so many tools and guidance to prepare for child birth as well as postpartum recovery. She was instrumental in preparing my body for labouring at home. After having my child, I completed a return to run program with Tara. Her guidance and knowledge helped me through training and eventually, I finished my first race at seven months postpartum. Thank you Tara - you would be a stellar part of anyone's wellness team!”Read moreShow less

“I didn't start seeing Tara until pregnant with my 3rd child, and I'm really regretting waiting so long. Cannot speak highly enough of her and how much she helped me prenatal, during my delivery and now post partum!!!”
