“I began physio with Tara as a prenatal client for pelvic floor therapy. Tara gave me so many tools and guidance to prepare for child birth as well as postpartum recovery. She was instrumental in preparing my body for labouring at home. After having my child, I completed a return to run program with Tara. Her guidance and knowledge helped me through training and eventually, I finished my first race at seven months postpartum.
