“Best RMT treatment I’ve ever had! My original plan was to get a deep tissue massage in the hopes of relieving a tight neck, shoulders and upper back. Once I became aware of Spencer’s abilities, knowledge and confidence, I mentioned my sprained/bruised right ankle, and extremely sore left wrist. The plan quickly changed, she proposed calling an audible and we pivoted to fix the body articles that actually needed fixing. To make a long story shorter, after only half hour, my ankle was feeling much better, she taped it up, and my wrist was completely healed in what seemed like pure magic! Furthermore, she thoroughly explained each issue, discussed associated risks and progressive solutions, provided take-home exercises, and made sure I understood, which was important. Her positive, direct and personable nature makes her an all-star! Spencer has a special gift and I would highly recommend her without reservation to anybody who is in need or want of an RMT!
