“I highly recommend Kristy's team of experts who deliver evidence and science based therapy services. Kristy, Lexa and the liaison staff were all understanding, pleasant and prompt in their communications. My hypersensitive larynx had led to vocal cord strain so severe that for over a year I could not speak more than five sentences per hour, and even then it was with a hoarse, gravelly voice. Some days during several months I could not speak at all. An ENT specialist advised that I would require speech therapy to retrain my vocal cords. Lexa coached me through several sessions with progressive exercises, leaving me with clear and detailed instructions on how to continue those exercises daily until the next session. She was professional and results oriented, while still being pleasant and personable. I felt comfortable and assured throughout the weeks of therapy. It is now almost two months since my last session, and I am pleased to report that I have been able to carry on everyday conversations again without a hint of vocal cord strain. People who listen to me today find it difficult to believe that I could not converse just a few months ago. Thanks again, Lexa, and the whole team for serving our community with valuable expertise!”
