“I was very disappointed with my experience at Spectrum Physio. I chose this clinic because I had heard positive things and specifically booked with Dwyane for a severe cervical radiculopathy. Unfortunately, I felt that the majority of my appointment time was spent with a student applying TENS therapy, something I was already doing on my own at home. Dwayne would only come in briefly near the end of the session to do a few minutes of pressure point work before the appointment was over. Given the severity of my injury, I expected a much more thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized care plan. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns were not fully addressed and that I was not receiving the level of care I had hoped for. I eventually sought treatment elsewhere and received a much more comprehensive approach, which made me realize how much more I had expected from physiotherapy in the first place. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile and friendly welcome, then through different team members as part of your visit, all of which are super friendly and knowledgeable, to your main physician (Dwayne in my case) who is passionate about helping your recovery. “My spouse and I have been thoroughly happy patients of Spectrum Physiotherapy since 2014. I returned in 2020 and worked with Dwayne Rebello to recover from a cracked knee cap which sped up my healing dramatically and my knee remains problem free to today. I'm back again to let Dwayne perform his magic with a tear in the soft tissue of my shoulder and I'm so pleased with his professionalism, his explanations, and his exceptional skills. “Victoria is the physiotherapist manipulating me back into working condition! Compassionate, Informative Engaging and down to earth....I wasn't sure what to expect upon my first visit. When my ESA Malcolm is not with me, my support bear Boris accompanies me through day to day adventures. “Spectrum is a true place of healing. Services include. Physiotherapy, massage Therapy, medical acupuncture, shock waive Therapy, sports rehab, custom braces, orthotics and pain management. Currently I see Paul for physiotherapy. He has a PhD in physiotherapy amongst other designation. He is currently working on his second phD. He has alot of experience working with sports injuries as his past background includes working with profession sports teams. His professional background inspires true leadership and high standards for successful therapy. Dwayne I hear also has amazing reviews with a masters in physiotherapy. Sara is newer to the team as one of the massage therapist available Tuesdays. I had my first appointment with her earlier this week. She seemed very knowegable and took her time. I recently also saw Shauna who adds so much to this team. The secretaries and the health practitioners make a pleasurable and welcoming experience for real healing. The direct insurance billing makes visits simple. This is truly a state of the art facility with an unbelievable team. There is no better place for treatment.
