Thank you Jose from the bottom of my heart for your sincere, kind and helpful assistance with my eye care. One of a kind specialist for sure. Interesting unexpected sudden Change! “I had a great experience at West Kelowna Specsavers. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and Dr. Duque was excellent. She was thorough, approachable, and gave me a helpful tip for adjusting to progressive lenses that I still remind myself of every day. They mentioned it might take me a little while to get used to progressive lenses, but honestly, I didn't have any issues—I was comfortable with them right from the start (thanks, Dr. Duque!). “My husband and I had an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. The ophthalmologist provided one of the most thorough and comfortable eye exams we’ve ever had, taking the time to explain everything clearly. “From the minute I walked into Spec Savers I felt welcome to browse and knew I could ask anything from the very knowledgeable and friendly team. Ardelle was very helpful and I felt very looked after and giving many options of Eyewear to try. She even remembered my 2 top picks from the day before!! “I had a very good experience yesterday at the Specsavers in the Superstore in Westbank, BC. The doctor and all the staff were competent and very friendly.
